The Village Clerk creates and maintains all Agendas and Minutes for meetings of the Village Board of Trustees. 

• Agendas are published online and posted on the bulletin board at Village Hall
• Minutes are published online after being approved by the Board of Trustees at subsequent meetings.

Please note that the Agenda and Minutes provided online are presented as a public service. The online documents do not constitute official copies. The official transcript of each proceeding is maintained by the Village Clerk at Village Hall. Meeting Minutes are not a verbatim record.  Should you have any questions please call us at 847-872-3846.
