The Village of Winthrop Harbor provides a village-to-resident notification system through a service called Blackboard Connect. With this service, village leaders can send personalized voice messages to residents and businesses within minutes with specific information about time-sensitive or common-interest issues such as emergencies and local community matters. The notification system is used to supplement existing communication methods and augment public safety/first responder services.
Who can participate?
All Winthrop Harbor residents and businesses are encouraged to participate in this FREE service. We know that your personal information is important, and rest assured that we will not share it with anyone.
