The Department of Finance is responsible for all revenue and expense functions, and human resource management, for the Village of Winthrop Harbor. Responsibilities are shared across the administration team and they work closely with the Mayor, Board of Trustees and all Department Heads in managing department budgets, village financial institution accounts, financial audits and all State and Federal financial regulations.

The Village's fiscal year begins May 1st and ends April 30th.
